Special Use Permit Amendment g. Application Z-26-021 by Mr. Matt Taylor of SEC, Inc., representing TT of G Murfreesboro, Inc., is requesting an amendment to a special use permit that was granted on February 25, 2026 for the construction and establishment of a motor vehicle sales use (automobile sales, including automobile repair) in a Commercial Highway (CH) zone on property located along the south side of John R Rice Boulevard just east of Fortress Boulevard (also identified as Tax Map 79, Parcel 10012).
