Application Z-25-026 by Mr. Rob Molchan on behalf of St. Karas Coptic Orthodox Church, requesting an amendment to an existing special use permit for an existing institutional group assembly use (a church) in a Single- Family Residential (RS-15) zone on property located at 1207 and 1227 SE Broad Street. An approximately 12,220 square-foot Sunday School and Office building and additional parking is proposed. (Project Planner: Holly Smyth)
