Special Use Permit Requests a. Application Z-24-045 by Mr. Matt Taylor of SEC, Inc., representing Providence Christian Academy, is requesting a special use permit in order to expand an existing institutional group assembly use (a private school) in a Single-Family Residential (RS-15) zone on property located at 378 and 410 Dejarnette Lane. An approximately 13,552 square-foot Pre-K and K building, playground, and additional parking is proposed. (Project Planner: Holly Smyth)
