Application Z-22-022 by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, represented by Matt Taylor of SEC, Inc., is requesting a special use permit to expand the parking lot and construct a trash enclosure at an existing institutional group assembly use (a church) located at 902 East Clark Boulevard, zoned RS-15 (Single-Family Residential District) and RD (Duplex Residential District).
